Your data, your rights
POPIA gives you the right to know what we (and the shops that use flits.co.za) hold about you, and to ask for it back or have it erased.
Get a copy of your data
We'll bundle every record we hold on you — appointments, payments, consent history, messages — into a ZIP you can download. If you've visited more than one shop that uses flits, you'll get one bundle per shop.
Erase your data
We'll anonymise your personal information at every shop that has it. Names, contact details, dates of birth, and free-text notes are removed. Financial records (sales, payments) are kept for the 5 years SARS requires, but with no identifying detail attached.
